Virginia Governor Kaine promotes Aylor Middle School's apple-eating program for school kids.

Governor Kaine and his Cabinet during their third Cabinet Community Working Day, this time in northern Shenandoah Valley.

The day’s activities included briefings on the region’s apple industry; the ongoing investigation of fish kills in the area; the economic impact of Virginia's Inland Port; and some recent healthcare challenges and advancements. The Community Day covered territory from Winchester to Weyers Cave, with additional stops in Stephens City, Bentonville and Front Royal.
